Recently, i have traced some pictures about the turnbuckles using mainly in lashing of containers onboard the vessel from some websites. I have given these pictures for a small illustration. The pictures show the model of turnbuckles, the dimension of the turnbuckles also. These turnbuckles used to connect the lashing bars with the lashing ring of the hatch cover or the bridge of the concerned Bay of the container vessel. The tightening of the lashing bars only can by using these turnbuckles.
